Guave and green grapefruit zest unfold in the nose and are combined by stone fruit aromas such as white peaches and nectarines. Notes of woody vanilla and slightly toasted brioche round off the bouquet.
On the palate the grapes convince with impressive maturity, fruitiness and depth. In the finish, different flavours - salty, silky, bitter and iodine-rich - come together in a long finish.
